I recently got a Garmin Edge 530. I am trying to move over my odometer values from my old bike computer and am having some issues.
I am using the Garmin .fit SDK to convert the Totals.fit file to a CSV and editing, then converting to a new Totals.fit file. I am loading it into the "NewFiles" folder on the device and see some of it updates as expected.
The problem is the "Road" profile values don't update and go back to 0 when the unit boots back up.

The blue highlighted value will update after loading the new .fit file shows in the "Totals" page as intended. But the yellow highlighted always resets back to 0. I believe this is the right row of values as doing a short ride using the "Road" profile will update those numbers when I pull the Totals.fit off it.
The "Road" profile values are what show on the Odometer display when riding which is what I am looking to see ultimately.
Curious if someone has ran into this and has gotten around it or if there is a different way to update that value.
