Unable to Install Europe Maps 2022.11

Make sure to have enough free space on your pc. It takes a multitude of the map size for backup etc

Do you have custom/additional maps installed?

I would remove the img files from the device and reinstall the maps via garmin connect

Are you connected to a Mac or a PC?

If it is Mac and you have manually deleted files you need to empty the trash while the Edge is still connected to the Mac to really remove the files. The Mac just makes deleted files hidden when you delete them so that they can be restored. You need to empty the trash to actually remove them.

Have 150gb free on system

Finally have installed!!!

After install 3gb free space. Removed extra map regions that i don't need and have 8gb free.

Another crap map update by garmin, the 2022.11 map is outdated...

In my experience every Garmin cycle map release is not the most up to date.  At least you can source 3rd party maps which are more up to date or create your own.

I have a feeling that you, forums.garmin.com/.../aweatherall, are quite well informed about what is what as regards Edge 530/830.

So you must have a better knowledge about Geocode map than I do.

Why does 2022.11 for Edge 530 contain it?
