Any way to avoid the all too often truncated file errors when I upload data from my 530?

This is happening frequently. Running v7 and uploading to a Macbook Air using a USB C adaptor.

Anybody else having this issue and if you've been able to solve it what did you do?

When the Activities folder on a Garmin has something like 200 files in it things go a little strange, You definitely do not want to have anywhere near that amount of files in it for things to work properly…

When the Activities folder on a Garmin has something like 200 files in it things go a little strange, You definitely do not want to have anywhere near that amount of files in it for things to work properly.

on my old edge510 whenever there was a new firmware update, that would corrupt the old activities, I wrote a quick execute program, that looks specifically for USB drives and then checks thats a Garmin device, from there it then just copies the activities to my pc and then confirms the transfer and deletes its matching activity in the edge.
