Phone Language Support Error Message

I had this issue on 5.10 firmware and now 5.34 Firmware. 

I tried deleting the Text folder as detailed here:

Still having the issue intermittently.

Garmin 530

Samsung Verizon Galaxy S9+ on Android 10 (latest VZ firmware).

The error message displays on the entire Edge 530 screen and doesn't go away unless I press a button. 

Any suggestions?

    Also been having this issue. I think after the latest update. The popup covers the whole screen and doesn't go away till it's closed, but after that comes back again in 1-2 minutes, and repeat. Makes the computer screen pretty much unusable with the phone paired.

    Will try to change the language from English to something else and back again to see if it gets any better.

    Same issue on Edge 830 on fw 6.20
