Edge 530 - Cannot Unlock Maps Error

Same problem here. :(. Tried to factory reset, re upload/reinstall maps. nothing helped yet.

Garmin have told me to return the unit to the retailer.

I got such notice with 5.31 beta fw after updating the maps via Garmin Express.

Then, I accessed the Edge as USB drive with my laptop. I realized that two trailforks maps with different names were on the Edge. I deleted one of them (certainly by chance the right one). In consequence, no more error notofication occured.

I had logged the issue with Garmin and they had absolutely no clue... they are still investigating the issue !

Yes, that worked. Thanks a lot. I had to restart the Edge and go to Navigation -> MTB-Tracks a couple of times before it had unlocked the maps.

I fixed my problem in the end by deleting all the files in the Garmin folder and re-installing Express. 

I just got a refurbished device from Garmin as a HW replacement. It is having this error for the trailforks maps

I have tried to update the maps per below and am very confused as to what maps version should be available. I had 2019.20 available on the old one. I have 2019.10 only on the new one. What maps should we have and from where? 

Garmin support  told me to try removing memory cards. This is an edge 530 and they knew this as they just set it to me as a HW replacement
