Training Load focus shows on my Edge 530 but not on the Connect App

I guess the replacement is a nice consolation at least. I find the battery life shortens over time so it's good to have a fresh one.

I wonder if Load Focus was added to the 530 by firmware update instead of in the original release? I'll have to check old reviews. If so, it could be as simple as Garmin didn't update the apps/web when they updated the device. I think it wouldn't be the first time. Either way, it's silly it doesn't work in Garmin's own ecosystem.

Any update from this thread? I am an Edge 530 owner with single Garmin device and I have this issue.

I can see it on the 530 and in the app (iOS) but not on the web, there I can only see it if selecting my Epix.

During my time with the 530 I've had a Forerunner 935, then it did not show in the app or web, upgraded to a 945 and then I could see it for the 945 in app and web so settled with that and relied on Physio TrueUp, but now after getting an Epix I can see it in the app for the 530, but still not on web, there it's only under the Epix. So maybe if I buy yet another device... :-)

I haven't heard anything back from Garmin support since they took my info in mid-Jan 2022. Pinged them again...

I own an Edge 530 and can only see it on the device, not in Garmin Connect web or iOS app. My friends with Edge 1030 devices can all see this day in Garmin Connect. Maybe Garmin has different tiers of capabilities based on the device.
