When trying to pair my Edge 530 with Express, I was told it is not compatible.
Do you know how it can be solved?

What version of Garmin Express are you using?
Check to make sure it is a DATA cord you're using and not just a charging cord.
Based on the screen shot Express has found the device so the data cable is OK.
version 6.20.0.0

It is a data cable, I can read the device and extract the files using a browser
Are you still experiencing this issue? I see the that the device is registered to your account on our end which would indicate it has either been paired to your Garmin connect account or added to express.
