Hello, no - i send last week to Garmin service, and next day they send me new device. problem with screen.
I have had the same, I didn't think they could make a more unreliable product than the 520
My first Edge 530 failed and the company replaced it. The second has just similarly failed and I'm not sure I'm even going to bother trying to get them to replacement. My old 520 had its issues, but managed to survive normal use for more than a few months before dying.

That did not work. Any other ideas. It still records rides if I get the buttons correct, however the screen is dark.

Also if that does not help it might just be brightness setting.
As you cannot reset it on device (you cant see anything on the screen you can do a device factory reset)
This means you need to bling step through the process (use some screenshots of the device to work out the click order)

I tried this for 10 seconds did not work. How can I get a replacement or my money back. this is the second 530 unit that I have the same problem. I think I will never a garmin ever again.

I tried again and plugged the unit on the cabo and end up working. I am so happy I do not have to deal with warranty again.
