Unfortunately, the new firmware 28.33 doesn't include a real-time weather widget. It also lacks several other features that were included in the new Edge 850 firmware.

Fair point, but why stop there? Anyone can simply read the roadside mile or kilometer markers and use a watch to calculate their speed. Well-maintained roads usually have plenty of signs showing where to turn and how many miles or kilometers remain. Fun fact, though: some people actually ride their bikes over distances longer than they can see ahead, and some live in terrain where you can’t see very far at all. Cheers!
