I have read in another Spanish forum than almost all the 1050 have the same problem.

Inofrmation about the code number of the device is in my Garmin account in the orders section, I found this during the RMA exchange process.

Today i've returned my unit to garmin for an exchange.
I have an 010 device - one of the first deliveries. I never noticed the gap on the left side until I read about it on this forum. Yes, it is there, but very small. I don't care.
I received a new Garmin device within 8 days but the problem still exists... it's sad...
