Since Update 27.13 Varia not goes in stand by when pushing the edge in sleep mode

Yesterday I performed the edge 27.13 Update. Since then my Varia RTL 515 not goes in stand by mode when I pause my activity und push sleep mode button one the edge.

Is there an work around for this problem?

You're right. Thanks for pointing that out. I may have mixed up two overlapping issues.

In this case, it's about sensors and accessories not turning off when the Edge goes to sleep ,either manually…

Tested with:

The issue continues and has not been solved by software 27.14. Before 27.13, the Varia RTL515 went into standby (no light, blue led blinking) approximately 10 seconds after putting the Edge to sleep.

I tested, that the Varia now goes into standby after approximately two minutes. So at least it does not keep burning the battery if you forget to manually set it to standby.

Still, I would prefer if the 10 second to standby before 27.13 would be reintroduced/fixed.

Yes the issue remains with 27.14 (and it was not in their list of Bug Fixes).

I tries waiting longer as you suggested (I must admit I would never have thought of waited that long) and it did switch off yesterday after about 5 minutes. Strangely this morning it was still on after about 5-10 minutes. The only difference was that yesterday I stopped the activity and saved it while this morning I paused the activity. I also have the feeling that the lights are getting drained a lot faster, but this is just my feeling.
