very slow device charging. plugged into laptop at about 10am with 29%. Charged to 99% as of 4:30 p.m.
Are you using a USB-A to USB-C cable (the one that came with the 1040), or a cable with USB-C on both ends? A full USB-C cable should charge faster, depending on your laptop's specifications.
I charge with a cable from the factory
I have experienced the same problem after leaving the device discharged for a month.
