Garmin connect has changed to Chinese on my Edge 1040 does anyone know how to get it back to English

I’m on iOS 18.2 My Edge 1040 is on 25.22 and Garmin Connect is on 5.7.2

My Vivoactive 4 shows up OK in English in Garmin Connect.

Garmin connect has changed to Chinese on my Edge 1040 solar anyone know how to change it back to English 

My Garmin Connect has switched to Chinese, but only when in the device on Connect. The device its self is in English, and Connect is in English until I go to devices in Connect and select the Edge 1040.  When the device opens in Connect it is in Chinese. I used my wife's phone to guide me to the languages setting for my device underneath the Chinese character for language it says "English".  I then click "language" and when it opens the list English is already selected.

I recommend reaching out to Product Support through their website at Garmin Support directly to report the issue. 

During a normal Sync in Garmin Connect (on the Device Page)(IOS18.1.1) and Connect Version 5.7.3.2, Edge 25.24 the English suddenly and mysteriously changed to Chinese. Any assistance?

Updated IOS to 18.2 and now I cannot connect the Edge 1040 at all!

After numerous attempts I managed to connect and sync .... still in Chinese!

SOLVED: On the iPhone IOS, go to "Setting", scroll down to "Apps", select "Connect" and change the language. I changed it to "Dutch", opened the GARMIN Connect App, synced, and then went back to the IOS Settings and changed it back to English <Default>. All seems to be working fine now.
