Updated to 19.21 - Broke power meter connection

Just updated to 19.21 and the connection to the power meter (THM Clavicula) shows power for 5 seconds, then zero's for 5 to 20 seconds. I deleted the sensor and tried reconnecting and the same thing still happens.

  • Sort of. The only way to connect is with blue tooth. ANT+ just constantly drops or won't connect at all. 

    Here are some tips after deleting the old ANT+ connection and creating a blue tooth connection:

    - Calibration will not work from the Edge unit using blue tooth
    - Calibration will not work from the ZWatt app IF you have the Edge unit on (I can't remember what blue tooth restrictions are with multiple device connections)
    - Calibration from ZWatt app WILL work if you have  the Edge unit turned off.

    I don't know if this will ever be fixed as it looks like ZWatt is somewhat shuttered. Their web site is still live but there has been no activity within their social media accounts for the last few years. It also looks they have been trying to sell the company since August 2021.

    I don't think THM have the ability to do a firmware update unless they have hired someone who could update the firmware code and I don't know if they even have access to the firmware source code.

  • SweatSweatSweat Thanks for the tips!! I did tried to connect with Bluetooth but I'm not having any readings any way on my garmin unit, or int the zwatt app.. I'll try again by placing the PM in airplane mode to reset it
