2022 Europe Mapping?

Europe Mapping is yet to be updated in 2022, across all Garmin product lines, especially significant for 1040 users as currently we can't take advantage of POI category updates.

Last update from Garmin was "to be released September 2022". As we come to the end of September.. any further news?

If we want better data io waterstops is us to do that. Just add the waterstops to Open Street maps and they will be in the next edition of the Garmin map (My "summer residence" area is all getting…

I've been wondering this myself. When riding a new route, I use my Karoo 2. For now, the maps are better, and it receives updates regularly.

If you use openfiets or openmtb will that also include the POI catagories ? (I think quite a few were waiting for Water POIN for example) ??

The prediction then was 'June' so interested where you heard September. Now that it's October.

It looks like they are out now. Garmin Express shows a 12GB download for my 1040 available right now.

Yes, indeed, it seems so...unbelievable!
But meanwhile I use the OpenMTBMap anyway.
