Loosing sensore on my Edge 1040

Morning All

Recently bought an edge 1040

been out on a few rides now and it seems my sensors keep dropping out. The sensors are connected when i start the ride but soon after the sensors drop out and i cant reconnect the sensors.

Di2, varia Headlight,radar,H/R sensor,cadence and speed all drop out.
Any reasons why this is happening?

It looks like the Wind app may be the problem. I have removed the app and will see if i have any probles on tonights ride.

I had a few issues with the 1040 and my 1030. Turned out it was fine if I disconnected my phone.

Thanks-Looks like it was the Wind app that was causing the problem-Been out on 3 rides since and not had any sensor drop outs since.

I feel you missed the above point. On firmware 12.11 IQ data fields caused all sensors to drop indefinitely. There is a beta firmware available which is 12.14 with a fix .... I'm riding with wind app and no issues regarding sensor drops.
