Version 13.10 - Missing Vo2 Max or Performance Condition

Ever sine I loaded V13.10 a couple of days ago,I have lost Performance Condition. It no longer shows in my ride summaries on Garmin Connect ( website and Android are both missing). Nor do I get a Performance condition indication on the 1030 which usually happens in the first 8 minutes. Also today, for the first time in 2 years, the 1030 turned off after about 1hr 10 min s into the ride.

  • Have you tried to turn the 1030 on? What has happened? Continued? This turn off happened with me as well with a previous version of firmware. Maybe not related just co-incident. Performance condition result may be enable in the profile as far as I remember. It may not show up automatically. Maybe a default setting was changed?

  • I turned the 1030  back on and the ride was preserved ok and I could continue. The performance condition is turned on but just doesn't get output to Garmin Connect either on the website or on my phone. All worked fine before this upgrade to 13.10

    I have the same issue and had it since I downloaded the beta-version of 13.10.
    I have reset Garmin 1030 to factory settings and started up again but without any luck. 
    In Connect my rides are shown as normal but above is missing. And I'm performing more than 2 rides per week as it is written as the reason for not showing in Connect.

  • I've got the same issue, how can we get back to the previous software version clearly 13.10 is broken and I don't want it.

  • Well I guess Garmin will fix the issue quite quickly. As I dont believe we are the only ones having this issue.

  • Lost performance condition also what I have been experiencing since 12.63. In addition, VO2 max. value is also missing along with it.

  • I, too, am missing Performance Condition, and the VO2 data has not updated since I went to 13.10.  In addition, battery life is terrible.  I rode 100 miles and had 8% battery left.  On 12.20, I would be at 50%.  Waiting for the update.....

  • I've raised this with customer support today the agent wasn't particularly helpful. Asked me to share activities of before and after the update although didn't say what they would do about it. This is clearly a software bug. I would really like to go back to version 12 until it's sorted but the Garmin support guy said he could not do that, which I can't understand. May I suggest you all call into customer service, if enough people complain they might take it seriously.

  • I actually emailed them several days ago and have a case number. As usual I was asked several irrelevant questions. And they clearly didn't read the original email. I have reiterated the problem and referred them to the growing number of the same observations on here. This is undoubtedly a SOFTWARE DEFECT
