I can't obtain satellites after downloading the latest firmware last week (October 2025). Ay ideas?

I get the triangle with a question mark inside when trying to connect to satellites. Anyone out there help or suggest how I can rectify this please

what kind of latest firmware? it has no new firmware since years :)

probably that was a timezone update , not? what is the firmware numbers in the System-About-Copyright submenu ? (6.75 or 6.81? and what is the GPS firmware number? )

And under it, the EPO is "CURRENT" or "MISSING"?

no, you need a gps firmware file and you need to copy that into the Edge. There is no other solution unfortunately, factory reset wont solve it. i am trying to ask somebody to provide a link with this file.

Garmin-Matthew can You provide a link to the Edge 1030plus latest firmware file?

Thanks for your help guys. I contacted Garmin support who went through everything with me. The fault is with the device and they are going to replace my device with another one free of charge as the one I have is still under warranty. Thanks agin. John
