It is a shame Garmin does not make the older firmwares available as archive. Newer is not always better...
But.. you can still download the 6.29 beta. It will contain the latest stable 6.10 version as well.

when i go to update /downdate to 6.10 it says it will clear all user data. does this include all my configurations of screens , pow meter, hr, other sensros etc or just activities and downloaded courses ? thanks
