Connection loss with Assioma power pedals and garmin Heart rate ans Device freezes, I have updated to the latest versions what can I do

During my rides the device loses the connection to pedals and even the new Garmin heart rate monitor, I have updated to 5.20

what is causing this to lose connections it’s driving me crazy

This is an issue that has been brought up several times in the 6 months at the very least, with various different firmware versions. One example is here:

However, garmin does not seem to be bothered enough to do anything about it. As is tradition.
