It takes several minutes to reconnect to them all. I have Varia light/radar, Polar HRM, Garmin speed sensor and a PowerPod v4 power meter. It was also happening with v11 software update.

Yo can see a drop in hear rate also. From 2:02:20 to 2:02:40. It should be another one (losing all sensors twice), but I can not see in Garmin Web, but for sure in the fit file you should be able to see it.
The power source is a Stages Ultegra 8000 Left + Right and provide Power + cadence. If I remember well when everythig was disconnected it shows "--" not zero value.
Regards,
This is extracted from the fit file:
This is filtered where Power is -- and hear rate -- so probably the point where disconnection happens. That I can not see is the second disconection (that happens for sure) but I can not see in in the fit file.
I have been seeing this as well with a Vector 3s, Wahoo Speed, Varia RTL515, and MyZone HR strap. I'll hear the chirp from the radar disconnecting and then they'll all start reconnecting. Usually it's back within a few seconds but one time the 1030+ became unresponsive and I had to hold the power button until it rebooted. It at least resumed the ride, but it is very distracting especially when doing interval workouts. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/7143680072 is the one where the 1030+ became unresponsive.
I have been getting a similar issue lately. On top of that I am constantly getting low power warnings on my Stages Ultegra Power Meter and my Polar H10 Heart rate monitor with my Edge 1030. This happens even when I just change the battery. It used to happen just with the Stages Power Meter but now it also happens with the heart rate monitor. The heart rate monitor issue just happened after the last garmin 1030 Edge update.
Just checked this forum, since I am having the same problem. Never has this in prior versions. Power Tap P1 will report low or no power reading. No power reading is fixed by spinning pedals but have to do this 2-3 times per ride. The low power reading also occurs, and does not seem to be a fix for that, at least one that I can find. Does one know if one can downgrade back to V11?
---update---
I see a v12.2 now, which when updated, seemed to solve one problem where it recognized my pedals as 2 different devices, so it is back to the single device, so with any luck the issue is solved.
With 12.20 I'm getting far more 'Radar Disconnected' than ever before. On a ride this weekend, I got about 20 Radar Disconnected messages, including about 10 one after the other about 1 second apart. Overall, I'm not seeing an improvement with 12.20

Are you okay with me sending you instructions to pass along a copy of your Garmin folder? We would handle this directly and not in a public reply.
Agreed today I could not even connect my heart rate monitor at all. I used to be able to remove and add but today add could not even find it. Also my power monitor dropped multiple times and that had not happened for a very long time. Garmin really has to get its act together or we will all be flocking to Wahoo
