1030 + gradient issue

My new 1030 plus is a replacement for 810.

the gradient is so slow the climb is half over before it is correct. Speed display jumps all over the place. Strava routes are nearly impossible to load.

I had them last week, but they have now disappeared. Is this really the best that Garmin can do?

Garmin must reply, either by communicating that it has resolved the problem or by stating that it is not risolvable and must therefore allow the product to be returned. Garmin, we’re waiting solution

GarminBlake your last respond was 22 says ago. Any news? Gradient and Speed still both lag 10-15sec behind. I'm getting laughed at by friends with 15 year old Cateyes that work faster!

This same issue plagues the 1030 plus, 830, 530 and the 520 plus. Got to be a common base. I believe they were all released about the same time.

Strange enough that we don't have any updates from Garmin from more than 6 months

Until now they had a lot of changes , now, nothing, I don't understand why they cannot fix current issues before releasing devices

Any update.. keeping users informed is a great way to prevent frustration from building... it’s called customer service

Lippi I completely understand your reaction. It's tough to balance the amount of posts on a given thread when all I can currently say is that we are still looking into this.

We are looking into data that we have gathered from impacted users and I apologize for not having any information in way of a solution right now. I will touch base here more frequently moving forward, even if there is nothing new to report.
