Garmin - please change history line thickness - behavior

I have an big issue , I don't understand why Garmin changed history line color , or at least I remember that was thicker and easy to read

While purple line for navigation is ok , history line is very very thin, and the color is not distinguish at all

In the woods because of the reflections , I cannot see where I have ride before , why you cannot put the history line as thick as the navigation line?

To be honest I cannot use my Garmin 1030 , comparing to the competition

Here is "readable", but in actual use is not

Please , please fix this

I never understood the reason why they store map settings depending on ‚Map Visibility‘ (if ‚Map Visibility‘ changes, ‚Orientation‘ might change as well). I‘m not even sure if it‘s their intention...

Also on my new Edge 1030 Plus is it nearly impossible to view the history line (very thin line and weak color) and even if you change the color in "settings" it will not change in the actual display. This is very disappointing not being able to control these very basic settings which makes the GPS to be less powerful and useful as I hoped it would be.

I support your request for a thicker history line - 100%

To change history line color:
there is a bug which does not perform the change you made if „map visibility“ is other that „automatic“.
(this was discussed in that forum already - hopefully they will clear this bug)

To change color of history line:
-Profile - Navigation - Map - Map visibility: set to automatic
-back - change line color
-leave Profile - check if history line color has changed (should have)
-set Map visibility back to whatever it was (if necessary)

What I dont undersand, why Garmin did not leave also the color that was previous used as history line, they put everything else but that

I think it was light blue if I remember well
