  • RE: Broken skin from whrist strap

We must just be having reactions to different materials then as I never had any issues with the silicon straps, just the leather one.

  • RE: Skin irritation with the silicone wristband

Are you wearing it 24/7? If so try put it on the other arm during the night. if I don't move my watch (previously FR935/45 and now Epix) for the night my skin also reacts, but I don't think its an allergic reaction, but something air/moist related...…

I started wearing mine 24/7 in February 2019 and after about 6 months I started getting a rash and reactions.  It would come back just hours after putting the strap back on. I took a 6 month break and now I've been wearing it again for 3 weeks with no…

  • RE: Red skin on wrist under watch

The skin should most of the time be in contact with air. If the watch covers the same piece of skin for a long time, bacteries who don't like oxygene and otherwise could not survive, can multiply and provocate an inflammatory reaction, that is exactly…

  • RE: Garmin 945 skin rash/burn

Just my opinion but as you noted, reactions are highly individual and nobody here in this forum can provide guidance on medical issues, the pictures are probably irritating for most readers. Affected users should see a dermatologist and go from there…

I just got a vivoactive 3 and this is happening to me as well.  I've had a Vivoactive and forrunner35 and those did not affect me.  The vivoactive 3 is like it's rash/burn/allergic reaction.
