I had similar battery drain after upgrade to 16.17, then after upgraded to 16.18 everything went ok again. The problem for me in 16.17 was constantly dropping of Bluetooth which drastically drained battery at a very high speed.
I'm experiencing faster battery drain than usual with software 18.12. E.g. I fully charged yesterday morning and when I woke up at 7.00 today, my battery only had 6% left. I did not do any sports activity yesterday. Anyone else experiencing this?

Updated software today, battery went ~80% in the morning to 7% by evening.
No recorded activities, just normal steps & wrist heartrate.
Pulse ox off.
