Phone is exactly the same since I had with my previous F5 (around 10 days battery), amount of notifications hasn't changed.
The phone may not have changed barring any updates from the manufacture, but GCM has. What happens with your battery…
I changed the battery and still, I have a problem with battery drain... it is not a battery problem, unfortunately...
Did you find a fix? I got this update a week back and since then I notice a hug battery drain. Tried restarting the device, soft recent and a hard reset. No luck :(

I compared time on battery from April with time on latest beta (same watch settings):
April: 12 days 4h with 4h30 GNSS activity and 2h45 Indoor Climbing
Now: 11 days with 4h26 GNSS activity.
