  • RE: Garmin Epix suddenly dying, charger says 100%

Where are you based? Wondering if it is just in Europe where they are making this difficulty.

They refused to replace under warranty because the “screen is cracked” even though it isn’t. Then claimed the bevel was damaged even though just standard wear…

  • Is Fenix 7S resistant to drops hardware wise if there is no physical damage?

    Hello again.

My question is, if a Fenix 7S Standard Edition survived drop on a floor (apartment wooden floor) from above hip height (~120-130 cm) with no physical damage like scratches or cracks on both screen and sensor sides can it still be damaged…

I’ve been searching for a case as well.

I’ve looked around at Best Buy and REI and haven’t found anything great.  I’m going to Sportsman’s Warehouse this afternoon to see if they have anything...

    As for the screen protector…

This is absolutely crazy.. I come from omegas/Rolex. You pay the premium and get the kit as well as promise it will last forever with a REASONABLE service cost. I am not going to stress over this because you “can” replace the batteries. F5 videos and…

Just realized my screen on the 6x sapphire scratched as well. Actually looks more like a crack than a scratch.

    Hi,
I currently own the 920xt and love it. But I was looking at the 235 simply because of the optical heart rate sensor.

My question is, is the optical heart rate sensor on the 235 as great as the HRM band and strap is on the 920? Are you 100% satisfied…

Can anybody advise on a good brand of screen protector for the 935. I got some off Amazon but they crack really easily. One even cracked when I played golf. How I do not know as I am not a big hitter!!!

I wear mine 24x7, and love it. I also have a tempered glass screen protector on it, as it really does eliminate the fingerprints and smudges dramatically. I also had cracked my 230 screen, so am paranoid about bumping it on stuff.

I'm using the Supershieldz 955 protectors from Amazon and they've saved my watch about twice now. I work offshore and my watch stays on when I'm wrenching on things.

The tempered glass has cracked and taken the force of a lot of slips and…

I have had a 620, 235, 935 and 945.  All with $5 tempered glass protector on top.  2 minutes to apply.  All have been beat up and cracked a few times and the screen underneath is 100% brand new.  I'm fine with that solution....
