Die Favoriten sind beim 1490 unter GarminNüvi-GPX-current.gpx abgelegt. Beim 3790 wird es wohl der gleiche Ordner sein.
Diesen Ordner kannst du auch bearbeiten:

Just downloaded a trial section of imagery into Base Camp on my Mac. There is only a tiny section that has excellent color and detail. The rest is gray and colorless and nearly unusable. Is this due to the restriction or is this the best I can expect…

Nobody can provide that for you I'm afraid. Your Nuvi 255w just doesn't support custom routes, regardless of what you are able to create on the computer. Some Nuvi's do support this feature, but unfortunately yours does not. :(

Habe aber heute einen Straßenfehler festgestellt hier in Itzehoe. Das Navi wollte mich in eine Straße führen, die nicht mehr befahrbar ist durch Poller. Aber das ist wohl ein anderes Thema.
