Yes. Mine is only connected for Power. Speed and cadence from bike sensors. I use Perfpro Studio mostly and Rouvy sometimes with the suggested workouts.
I’m having this issue now with my Garmin Forerunner 245. Workouts and courses have synced successfully via GC on my iPhone for years. Suddenly now only will sync via USB Garmin Express. I get a FileTransferError timeout message.
When following a course while hiking, I get frequent on/off course notifications - it seems to be overly sensitive. In the settings, there is an option to disable the "off-course" notifications, but this doesn't disable the "on-course" notifications.…
Thanks Andy. Looks like Garmin site is now all up and green , still seeing an issue with yesterday data 
I had the same question, Only wanted my cycle activity to auto sync to Strave and not all others. Seems you can't select and only remove from Strava once synce'd. You would think by now Garmin and Strava would of worked a out a way to do this.…
