something is way off with your watch, I get 14 days when I am not running (about 10% battery left) and 7 days with 3 one hour runs with music (about 20% battery left) on F6 Pro

It seems to me you should contact Garmin support ASAP. While you may be slightly past the warranty hopefully they'll make an exception in your favour.
I have tired recuva,scan and search files from date 2022-01-30.I found nothing but some .fit files only 5kb or 6kb.
There is a widget that will control a Garmin Virb camera, but no other camera types. I believe the Virb line has been discontinued, however.
