I have had this watch for a year or so now and yesterday it updated and now it isn't working. It had a charge and then it died and now it isn't even charging. Is there a button I need to press or what is going on?

My Vivoactive 4s is suddenly not holding it's charge and has died overnight for the last two nights despite having plenty of charge when I went to bed.  I do not have any extra apps installed.  I have powered it on and off.  It's 3 years old, is it just…

My two year old VivoActive 4 keeps turning black, especially when I do an activity and or if it's warm. The screen will come back if I charge it.

I have minimal notifications turned on, gesture swipe off, do not use pulse ox yet having to charge at least every other day...bit annoying i cant use the features of the watch as the battery drains too quickly  only 3 weeks old...any suggestions

I noticed that while I plug the wire to charge the VA4, the pulse sensor will not be turn off, and the green light keep flashing. It's kind of annoying and I have to turn off the watch. 

If there any config that I can do? 

the heart rate monitor stops working on and off on my vivoactive 4s as soon as I remove it from charge. The green sensor light is shut down and does not switch on again. Only after a few hours.

Just like that the Vivoactive 4s does not charge at all. It had shut down and i plugged it in. No triangle on the screen, but it got very hot for some time, without ever turning on. Pushed button long time, nothing. Checked cable teeth, were good, cleaned…

This just started. Stays on until around 50% but then shuts  off

Says its 100% when on charge but goes blank when taken off the charge. Please assist.

My battery had a full charge then it completely shut down. Now the battery is showing its empty and it will not charge when I plug it in and seems to be hotter than usual while attempting to charge. Is there any hope in saving the watch?
