No it's the european version. At least it has only european languages on it and I bought it straight from Garmin. The Version is 7.30

This issue started in January when first beta firmware supporting CIQ5.0 were provided. At least for edgexx40 family, it is just fixed by last beta 21.14

There is no problem there, at least I don't see anything. The problem is that the data recovery doesn't happen every time and at the required interval.
