Notification and Vibration issues

Question

Running 20.29 since release. Recently reset the device completely to start from scratch because of recent updating severing all my notifications and setup from scratch (vs use backup). With all vibration settings off and with "app" notifications off, I still get app notifications and vibrations with a lot of my notifications. Restarting also doesn't work. Is it only me?

If your vibration and phone notifications are both set to Off, but you&rsquo;re still receiving notifications with vibration, please review the following: 
 
 Sound and Vibe: From the watch face, hold the middle-left button and select Watch Settings > Sound & Vibe and confirm that vibration is disabled. 
 Phone Notifications: From the watch face, hold the middle-left button and select Watch Settings > Connectivity > Phone > Notification. If you don't want ANY phone notifications, select Status > Off.
