I’ve downloaded music to my watch, my earbuds are connected, I can listen to a podcast using playrun but there is no option to access my downloaded music. Am I doing something wrong, or is this feature not available?

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. There are a few things to consider.
Where is the music being downloaded from? Is this music you own? Or music from a premium subscription…
The app appears as an option in the music controls but there seems to be no option to select another source.
To listen to music that you have downloaded, you would need to select My Music…
