Nap detection doesn’t work (for me)

I’ve been using my tactix 8 51mm AMOLED since March 31st. Since then I’ve been taken a couple of power naps but none of them has been registered as naps. My previous watch was a Fenix 8 51mm AMOLED and my power naps was registered with no issues.

My last power nap was today and it was 1h and 15min long. I had to register it manually.

Anyone else with this problem?

Nap detection doesn’t work, meditation doesn’t remember last settings set, temp sensor doesn’t work. Feel like this is the downside of having a tactix we are on the back burner and only get the final software update while fenix is getting all the attention

I think it did for a while, not quite sure or if I'm mixing up with the F8 I had before. But yes, it doesn't to recognize it anymore.

Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.

If you are not seeing any nap recording, the most common cause of naps not being detected, is spikes in stress and/or heart rate. So if you are reviewing your all day stress chart, if you are seeing higher levels of stress during your naps, this would prevent the watch from capturing this as a nap.

Same for me, I used to have a 47 mm epix pro, I take naps on weekends and detected them at once ,and already read everything concerning in the Tactix 8 manuals and it doesn't work thanks
