Looking to purchase but unsure which model to choose. Golf or Aviator

I want to use this for golf but wearable for daily use as well. So the Golf model doesn't appeal to me as much as the Aviator with the Metal band.

Is there a subscription required for using the golf courses with the Aviator or is this stock? 

If stock then I'll go straight to the Aviator model.

    There is no added cost to use the Golf features on the Aviator - the Aviator has all the golf Features plus aviation features.

    Two points you should be aware of:

    1. The Aviator is not eligible for participation in the Garmin Beta Software program.

    2. Two models of the titanium band can be purchased separately if you want.
