Differences in titanium bracelets

The hardened bracelet is less likely to scratch than the non-hardened one.

How important is scratch resistance to you?  You will have to judge for yourself whether the higher price is worth it.

And the hardened bracelet is what ships with the Aviator and I don't see any issues with mine. I don't have experience of the non hardened one though.

I just picked up my MARQ Athlete and thought of replacing the rubber band with the titanium one. I have had the black DLC titanium bracelet with my Fenix 6 x pro and no scratches at all although it’s not hardened. Maybe it’s due to DLC.

I have an original titanium bracelet which was supplied with on my Fenix 6 pro. This is probably not hardened and has no more scratches on it than I would expect from normal wear and tear.

I’ve had both - the newer hardened one is identical to the first (cheaper) version except that it is really hard to scratch. Looks like new after several months, whereas the first one scratched by looking at it. This is just like the watches themselves. My gen 1 adventurer was really scratched up and my gen 2 case still looks like new.
