My MARQ Athlete (Gen1) has given up on me

Hi,

Posting it here as the Gen1 MARQ forum has been locked to Read Only. Two or three days ago my MARQ Athlete stopped connecting to my phone. Tried to pair it again but without any sucess. I have download the Garmin Connect App again, remove the device from the list, reinstall the App, clear phone Bluetooth cache and finally did a hard reset of the MARQ itself. Nothing helped - when trying to connect to the phone it recognizes the watch but returns the message "Pairing Failed".

There are two more things I have noticed in the meantime:

1. The watch is not holding its battery (only happened 2-3 times but it is noticeable). It has for example 45% battery life and 10min later it drops down to 5% (no activity or anything in the meantime).

2. It is running really slow (even after the restart) including the time measuring - 1 second on the watch literally takes 2-3 seconds to pass. I have never seen so far an electronic watch to be late like 40 min each hour but so it is.

Have anybody encountered anything similar? Any ideas guys?
