Having this enabled on the Aviater Gen 2 will empty the battery within very few hours. It seems the culprit is that the weather data is refreshed every minute over WLAN.
I guess the fix would be rather simple, simply update the weather once per hour instead of once per minute. As of now this feature is unusable. I hope garmin is aware of the problem.
