New Marq 2 Adventurer doesn't charge

Hello All,

I bought a Marq Gen 2 Adventurer last week. It did come with 9 days worth of battery charge.

The watch is great, I love it. My problem started yesterday, when I tried to charge it for the first time. I plugged it into the charger and left it there for 1 hour or so. To my surprise, it didn't charge at all. It remained at the same 15% than it was when I plugged it in.

Funny thing is that data goes through when I plug it to Garmin Express but it doesn't seem to be charging at all

Here is what I have tried:

- Changed from wall plug to laptop

- Cleaned charger and connector (they are brand new)

- Tried leaving it plugged for 2 hours, take it off and plug it again

- Left it charging overnight

- Did both soft and hard reset

- Updated OS to the latest available (14.68)

So far no luck at all. Has anyone faced this type of issue with a brand new garmin watch? I want to do everything that I can before taking it back to the shop.
