Charging Marq Gen 2 Aviator

Last night I encountered this the first time since I had my Aviator (almost 1 year now):

I have the watch on a scheduled Sleep Mode between 22:30 and 6:30 every night. Last night I did put my watch to be charged around 23:00 while it was already in Sleep Mode and left it overnight (it was at 17% when I did that). I picked up my watch from the charger around 07:05 this morning and it was charged only 68%… that surprised me… I was expecting to be at 100%… I left it to continue charging, and after another 45 min was close to 100%. The watch appeared that it didn’t charge overnight, it probably started charging when it came out of the Sleep Mode at 06:30…
The only explanation I could think of was that the watch doesn’t charge while in Sleep Mode…

Did anyone have similar situation?

    When your watch is charging, it will normally go into a charging only mode. I am unsure what specifically happened with your watch since I have not come across any other reports of a watch being charged while in sleep mode and not charging at the time.

    It 'should not' make a difference. I would expect your watch to still charge normal. However, you should be able to determine the pattern of your own watch by checking to see if your watch is indeed showing it's charging or not if you plug it again late at night after it has already gone into sleep mode.
