Your watch is reporting it is on v13.22 still which was the Quarter 2 official update. The Quarter 3 official update was v14.68. It is a bit odd you did not receive it.
If you already have your System > Software Update enabled on your watch, try using Garmin Express on your computer to force the v14.68 update to arrive.
If your watch 'already' shows v14.68 when you check the System > About menu, highlight my name and send me a Private Message. I will be happy to work with you further to get you fully updated.
