Two green lines on Marq Athlete watch face

Hi,

I am wondering what's are this two green lines marked on below image:

Can anybody clarify it for me?

And next question: what is purpose of: "VO2 Max", "Recovery", "ML/KG/MIN" and "Hours" fixed labels printed on watch face?

Upper is showing your VO2Max number (read the bezel from watching).

Lower one shows your recovery time (read the bezel from the watch).

In the picture, the top green line is showing VO2Max of 59 ML/KG/MIN and the bottom line is showing a Recovery Time of 15 hours.

My VO2Max number is set to cycling and is locked on 49 even tho my watch is set to sports cycling and the app shows is currently 51. Any suggestions?
