Will Jetlag Advisor draw from the calendar?

Disappointed to not see Jetlag Advisor in the Q4 10.xx beta so I guess we’ll have to wait for the Q1 update (hopefully it’s ready by then). Another idea that occurred to me is to add a ‘Feels Like’ to it showing what time your body thinks it is based on time zone difference and progress in adjusting.

If we do ever get something like this, I think it'll be done through Garmin using APIs to directly pull the information from TripIt etc. I think to be able to identify flights in people's calendars and correctly parse the necessary information would be too much to ask. I realise that the likes of Google and Apple can do this already to an extent, but they've got a lot more resources to throw at something that's a core part of their businesses, whereas for Garmin that would be a lot of commitment for just a convenience linked to a secondary feature.

Agree TripIt integration would be ideal.

In addition, it should also be able to generate recommendations simply based on your location (via GCM even without a GPS lock on the watch itself, like for weather) - albeit not in advance based on an itinerary but could still be helpful after knowing where you are and how many time zones you have elapsed
