Wrist rash using instinct Solar

Facing serious problem in my wrist. The rash itches a lot....need a solution to relief of this ***. Really worried about this.....kindly help.

    I have gotten a rash on my wrist -- with a solar, but also with a forerunner... often I can attribute it to something

    For example I have one right now, but 10 days ago I was doing a thorough cleaning of an apartment I was moving out of... and using some harsh cleaning chemicals --- spraying oven cleaner in the oven and on the burner shields 

    the line sellogramp gave ( support )  is good

    other times I have had the band too tight and/or while sweating a lot.

    Also, my worst problem is never wanting to take it off.. even when a rash or irritation starts.. I am still leaving it on.
