Fail to update hour part in Power Saving Mode

Situation: At the beginning of this video, the time should be 20:59. However, the watch forgot to update the hour part when the watch changed from 19:59 to 20:00. During the hour 20:xx, the minute part seemed to be able to update but not the hour part (stayed at 19:xx). When the time transited from 20:59 to 21:00, the time was corrected.

This problem occurred in Power Saving Mode, and has happened several times since I bought it last year. I keep updating its firmware whenever there is an update.

Anyone has encountered this problem?

    We continue to look for more examples and details of this Power Saver Time issue. Please note, a case has been escalated to engineering and they continue to look into the cause to get it resolved as soon as possible.

    Please be sure to email the [email protected] email to let the engineers know the v16.41 Beta changed your display and characters now overlap. Please also let them know if your watch is a SE Asia (APAC) version or from another region.

    What you are showing in your picture, we have had reports from APAC SE Asia specific devices and there already a case and engineering is working on getting it resolved.

    I’ve experienced a similar issue on my solar instinct tactical with updated firmware. It Appears to be random so I have not been able to recreate it on demand. I normally keep my watch in low power mode except when using the extra navigation functions. I’ve noticed from time to time my watch is 1hour behind. As soon as I turn on regular power mode the clock corrects itself and stays corrected when put back in low power mode. Not sure if the bug is related to daylight savings time or it’s own issue. This is not a watch breaking issue as it does not happen often, but it does make me less likely to trust my watch as a wake up alarm.

    I have a similar issue where I’ve noticed my watch is an hour behind at random when in low power mode. The watch corrects itself when put back in full power mode. Not sure if the bug is related to daylight savings time. My watch is mainly used in low power mode and I have not been able to notice a pattern for when it stops working. I connect to my ap regularly, I believe my firmware is up to date.  Love the watch but this does make me leery of trusting it as an alarm or primary time piece for work.
