Instinct 2S Camo stuck at 14.13 firmware

Hi!

I just recently bought Instinct 2S Camo for my hiking activities, and since out of the box I cannot seem to pair it with my iPhone, despite trying every method.

Initially it stuck at firmware 5.21, and I contacted support here saying that old firmware might be the issue for device's inability to pair with phone. Eventually I managed to update the firmware through Garmin Express but only to 14.13.

As I understand, it should be 16.11 by now? Is this related to why my Instinct 2S Camo is unable to pair with my phone?

How do I know if it's APAC device?

Is it related to my device unable to pair with my phone?

How do I know if it's APAC device?

Does the device support the Chinese language? Then it is APAC.
Product support can also tell you based on the serial number.

Paring also works with old firmware. You must pair the watch via the Garmin Connect app. Not via the phone pairing.

No, yeah, I obviously knew this and has tried numerous time to pair. But right now is that I cannot pair it through the Connect app.

The device is also connected through Garmin Express on my Desktop, but not paired with my phone. It's always failed, as well as scanning QR Code; it says "Unable to load content" when reading the QR Code.
