Hi, this watch is brand new. I just got it mid day wednesday, used it for my first run yesterday. I took it outside to charge it in the sunlight on the first day, and I could see the lux count tick up step by step, no problems. I installed the software update during the day yesterday. Today (3rd day of ownership) I was outside for a bit today and wanted to know how the solar performs generally, but I had just gone outside and keep seeing this "no solar icon"

I'm outside for a bare few minutes when this symbol pops up, replacing the "charging wheel" widget. I'm in direct sunlight with no cloud cover or obstructions, clear blue skies.
When I switch back to the home screen I see the charging widget again, but without the wheel. I'm not sure what this symbol means.
But then again I see the no solar Symbol
Now, this is really confusing. How exactly am I supposed to charge this thing if just being outside for a few minutes makes it stop charging. 
this is the graph after all that time outside... one sliver at 100, the rest of the time it wasn't charging at all.
