What is the Update doing for my Garmin Watch???

Is there a place Garmin lists what the update is for my watch - Instinct Solar 2X? I have had three updates in the last few weeks, but have no idea what is included in those updates or where to find them?

For the watch software version, the changelog is on top of this forum (for production version) and in beta forum (for beta versions). For GPS, sensor and timezone updates (a timezone update was pushed last week), changelog is visible in Garmin Express PC/Mac app.
