Thank you.

I used 5ml vinegar in 95ml of water in my previous watch and the barometer stopped working... :-)
That's exactly why I wrote you should avoid it
I have installed a 2 stage water filter. Always wipe dry watches, cars and stuff after rinsing with tap water. On my old Casio i haven't been able to remove the crystals fully, nor with vinegar or alchool, I even tried Viakal Salt scale remover with no luck...
I wouldn't use alchool on the seal area of the watch.. Try warm water maybe with dishsoap and toothbrush maybe and see what comes out first..

That's what Garmin recommends in the document Watch Wear and Care Tips | Garmin (for disinfecting the watch, though, not for removing limescale)
You can use a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe to gently wipe the exterior of your watch module, silicone and/or metal band.
So it is 70%, not 90% alcohol, as I wrote previously. However, if the deposit is really limescale, as it looks, then I am afraid it probably won't help much.
Neither soap will do much with the limescale. Additionally, in the same document, Garmin lists Things to Avoid, and soap is among them:
- Hair dye
- Insect repellents
- Moisturizing creams and lotions
- Oils
- Perfumes
- Sanitizers
- Soaps
- Solvents, detergents or household cleaners
- Sunscreens
I use toothbrush with a little toothpast. But in this case i will try a 70% isopropyl alcohol.
Thank you.
